Zero-cost training for in-demand jobs!

The Career Advance Colorado program provides zero-cost training for in-demand jobs through Morgan Community College. Starting in August 2023 if you enroll in a qualifying program you will have your tuition, fees, course materials and other costs completely covered while program funding is available.

How does it work?

Students who enroll in eligible degree programs for the upcoming semester will have tuition, fees, and materials covered, as funding remains available. Students must apply for federal and/or state financial aid to enroll in a Career Advance Colorado program. Prospective students should contact MCC using the form on this page to discuss program options, financial aid processes, and application steps.

If you are looking for shorter, healthcare certificate careers please see our Care Forward Colorado information. This grant provides tuition, fees, and materials for nurse aide, phlebotomy technician, medical assistant, or emergency medical technician (EMT).

Also see our Scholarships page for a list of other funding you might be eligible for.

More About Career Advance Colorado

Career Advance Colorado is funded through House Bill 23-1246, which dedicates $38.6 million to fully cover tuition, fees, and course materials costs for training programs in select fields with significant workforce shortages. The bill was signed by Gov. Polis in May 2023 and sponsored by Colorado house Speaker Julie McCluskie, Sens. Janet Buckner and Perry Will and Rep. Rose Pugliese.
